Exchange / Return is Easy!

We aim to offer services that will benefit all our customers. We hope you are happy with every purchase you make. In certain circumstances, you may want to return some items. Please read our return policy below, we will do our best to assist you.For whatever the reason, you can easily exchange or return your purchased item and get a refund within 20 days you received your order. 

Exchange

To save your time of waiting for the delivery, we work Exchange as "New purchase and Return the previous order". 

Your new order will be dispatched in 1 business day and the previous order will be refunded into your paid credit card or PayPal account once we received. Easy and smooth.

*Please note, postage will NOT be refunded (if any), and for "free shipping" orders there will be an $8 handling fee deducted form the refund.

Return

Requirements for Returns:

1. Must include a valid original purchase order number from auzone.com.au. Returned products must be in new & unused condition with their original packaging.

2. Although shipping is listed as "Free Postage", We have to pay the postage of all sent items. Therefore, Return shipping is at buyer's cost unless it's auzone mistake of sending wrong or faulty items.

*Please note, postage will NOT be refunded (if any), and for "free shipping" orders there will be an $8 handling fee deducted form the refund.

Refund

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Quality issue / incorrect item(s) sent: A refund that will be credited to your original payment card / PayPal will be processed once our team confirm the issue and after returned items have been recieved in resellable condition.Refundinf to PayPal is relatively fast ( most cases instantly), while refunding to credit cards can be slower and may take 3-5 business days to settle back into the account.

Other reasons: Once the item(s) returned to refundable condition (unused & resell condition), we will process the refund as a store credit exclude the postage (if any). The store credit will be validate for 1 year.
